Bruce Jenner has responded to the lawsuit pending against him from the fatal car crash he caused in February on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, California. Jenner wants the judge to simply throw out the case.
Jenner’s rationale is the part that is really disturbing. Must Bruce be reminded because of him “not paying attention,” Kimberly Howe, 69, died and five others were injured. Apparently, the two stepchildren who filed the lawsuit are adults who hadn’t any communication with Howe for quite some time. Well, according to Jenner’s court papers, since the two were “not financially dependent upon the decedent for the necessities of life,” that the lawsuit should be thrown out.
Jenner does admit that the accident was a “devastating tragedy.” But the devastating tragedy is Jenner’s blatant disrespect for someone else’s life. It’s not about suing you for the money because someone wants to get rich quick. (Well maybe that could be part of it), but let’s not overlook that you did kill another person in a car accident that pretty much could have been avoided
What are your thoughts? Should the judge simply throw out the case because the deceased wasn’t really that in touch with her only next of kin?
