The recent cellphone video that showed a White McKinney, Texas, cop pointing his gun at Black teens and brutally attacking a 14-year-old, bikini-clad girl has been identified.

The officer is Cpl. Eric Casebolt, a 10-year veteran of the force. Due to his outrageous behavior against the group of young Black teens at the Craig Ranch North Community Pool party, he has been placed on administrative leave.

Nine additional McKinney police units were called to the scene to get the situation under control.

Caseholt’s LinkedIn page was recently deleted, however it indicated that he has been an officer in the McKinney Police Department since 2005. As a corporal he has supervisory duties of other officers and in addition is an instructor at the police academy. Caseholt also serves as a vice president of his local police union which has made no comment about the incident. Caseholt began his career in law enforcement in 2003 after a seven-year tour in the U.S. Navy. While in the Navy one of the many jobs he performed was that of a military police officer.

Caseholt is also an instructor at Executive Self-Defense & Fitness Training, based in McKinney, which is 30 miles northeast of Dallas; its population is 10 percent African American.
