Sprite’s has taken a few pointers from Coca-Cola.
In their latest attempt to avoid being overshadowed by Diet Coke, the beverage company responsible for asking you to “Obey Your Thirst,” has launched 16 limited-edition cans that pay tribute to some of the most iconic rappers and their famous lyrics.
The four rappers honored with their very own set of cans are Drake, Nas, Rakim and Notorious B.I.G., all heavy hitters who “started from the bottom” and lyrically represent. A super fun concept that may very well set the bar for Coca-Cola and their “Share a coke with John/Jack/Your bros” cans.
Just for fun, we decided to do our part as hip-hop lovers and come up with a few ideas for can lyrics. Check out our top 10 picks below and hit the flip for the full list of lyrics from Sprite’s latest can campaign.
