The news about former NAACP leader Rachel Dolezal keeps getting wilder. The Dailymail.com is now reporting Dolezal has appeared in a homemade sextape. The revelation comes from 2005 divorce court documents where Dolezal offered the tape as evidence. Dolezal complained in her divorce that she suffered “years of physical, emotional, sexual and verbal abuse” at the hands of her husband Kevin Moore.
According to Dolezal, the tapes were made at the request of her husband and she was required to “participate in sexual acts with the defendant on tape against the plaintiff’s desires.” Dolezal also stated that she endured hair pulling and was forcibly restrained by her husband during sex. Her now divorced husband denies these claims by Dolezal.
The divorce was filed in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho, where Moore still lives. The divorce was very contentious with Dolezal claiming that Moore abused his son physically, a claim the court found to be unsubstantiated. Ultimately, the court found that Kevin Moore was a responsible father who posed no threat to his son, and awarded him joint custody.
Dolezal’s claims of abuse by her husband are repeated in a book by her biological brother Joshua Dolezal. In the book Down from the Mountaintop: From Belief to Belonging, Joshua Dolezal states that Kevin and Rachel eloped and then moved back into the Dolezal home. While in the home, he was witness to hearing “muffled shouts behind the bedroom door.” Joshua Dolezal goes on to state that he feared his sister was a victim of domestic violence and “I murdered him [Kevin Moore] hundreds of times in my sleep.”
