We knew things between Laura Govan and her former fiancé, Gilbert Arenas, were bad ever since their split last year, but according to a new report things are a complete mess now for the former couple with news that Arenas is allegedly trying to evict Govan.

According to BallerAlert.com, Arenas recently filed legal documents to evict Govan and their kids from her home.

The documents reportedly state that, after the couple split, Arenas was ordered by the court to continue paying for the home Govan resides in. Gilbert reportedly pays $16,000 a month for Govan’s home mortgage, property taxes and home insurance.

However, there seems to be a loophole in the court order because it doesn’t specify who gets to live in the home. So Gilbert has reportedly given Govan 60 days to voluntarily vacate the home or he’ll begin the process of getting the courts to evict Govan.

If Govan voluntarily leaves, Arenas will not only help Govan move, but he’ll also pay for the first and last month and security deposit on a new home for his ex.

The report claims that Arenas also wants Govan to give back the Escalade that he’s been paying for and to get her own car with the child support payments she receives from him.

Perhaps adding insult to injury is the rumor that Arenas recently fathered another child with Lindsay Faulk, ex-wife of NFL baller Marshall Faulk.

Well, this seems like a messy falling out between two exes, but hopefully the parents will do their best to work things out for the sake of their kids.
