Last week, Master P was attacking celebrities left and right as he went on a blame campaign against Kobe Bryant and the Kardashian family, claiming they were somehow responsible for Lamar Odom falling into a coma in an alleged drug overdose. However, it seems that Master P goofed up and made himself the one to blame in the eyes of his fans when he posted a controversial Instagram post this weekend.
On Oct. 16, P, who has in the past talked about his close friendship with Odom, posted a message on Instagram in which he, shockingly, told his followers that he distanced himself from Odom over his dysfunctional lifestyle.
“I tried to mentor [Lamar] and give him advice, but he is a grown man and made his own decisions … I get that, that’s life. So that’s why I stopped dealing with Lamar,” P said in the post.
It didn’t take long for fans to respond and they criticized P, calling him a hypocrite for saying that Bryant was a fake friend and that the Kardashians used Odom for reality TV.
Seeing that the tides had turned against him, P deleted the original post and then replaced it with a message about who he thinks fans should be focusing their energy on: Odom.
