Genifer Stewart
Account Director
Uniworld Group Inc.
Businesswoman and philanthropist Genifer Stew-art serves as the account director for UniWorld Group Inc., leading the multicultural charge program for African Americans and providing strategic planning for the agency’s progression. For over 10 years she has made a huge impact in the marketing, sales, advertising, consumer packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, real estate and transportation industries.
Stewart received a bachelor’s in biology from Howard University in Washington, D.C., and her MBA in marketing from Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta. Upon finishing school, she began her career with Johnson & Johnson, then branched out into advertising, managing a multimillion-dollar transportation business.
Stewart’s drive and strong work ethic are rooted in her solid upbringing. She was raised to treat others with respect and to always maintain her integrity and humility. These are core values she holds onto today. “The de-sire to do better and be better for my family, friends and team are what motivate me. My family provided me with an education and my responsibility has always been to make something of myself to not be a burden to them and to one day to turn the table and take care of them,” she says.
In addition to her role within the UniWorld, Stewart is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., serves as an executive board member for Wesley International Academy, and is an active member of the Atlanta Chap-ter of Jack and Jill of America Inc. She has been married to Kerry Stewart for almost 20 years, and is a proud mother of two sons, Kaleb, 13, and Joshua, 9. “For my children, I want to set an example for them that there are no limits to what they can achieve,” she says.
