Has Erykah Badu found love with former “Boondocks” executive producer Carl Jones? This week, the brains behind “Adult Swim’s Black Dynamite” posted the above snap featuring the “Phone Down” singer, alongside a juicy, heartfelt message. “When she’s your love, your best friend, your creative partner, your n—a, your… @fatbellybella.”

If you ask us, someone has fallen hard!

Meanwhile, Badu responded by showing her “appreciation” for her “shrink,” “cook,” “barber,” and “belly dancer” by retweeting the monochrome image. Just last month, the alleged duo had another flirty exchange, when Badu tweeted this: “I am an @iamcarljones fan. “The Watchers ” on MY Custom chucks and custom wall design in sharpie. Very ILL sir. pic.twitter.com/Gj7tUaV6lR.”

But that’s not all. On March 16, Jones shared a cute video clip via Instagram, where he joked around about his dating life with Badu. “On The Fourth Date With @fatbellybella I Was Like …” read the caption. According to a recent piece in Fader, Jones is “one of the loudest voices in animation.” His credits include “The Boondocks,” Freaknik: The Musical, and “Black Dynamite.”

As for how the rumored couple met, we’re guessing they found love on the set of “Black Dynamite.” Last year, Jones produced an hour-long musical titled “The Wizard of Watts,” which featured guest appearances by Badu herself.

Although it’s been quite some time since we’ve seem Badu up close and personal with a special someone, it’s been widely jested that the soulful singer drives men crazy — namely rappers Common and André 3000. In fact, many people believe that both rappers acquired their eccentric style after dating Badu. Even music mogul 50 Cent, who’s been linked to Vivica A. Fox, Ciara, and Chelsea Handler among others, has cautioned men about dating the singer. In a 2014 interview, he compared Badu to pop singer Rihanna, claiming that both women leave men “looking like they were the girls.” Adding Badu’s exes “come back different.”
