On April 1, Atlanta celebrities sought a way of escape at the Meet the Blacks Celebrity Breakout hosted by Hidden Empire Film Group, Lil Duval and the new Breakout in Atlanta. Powered by exclusive media partners, Dish Nation and Bossip, the private, celeb-only experience was created just for friends of the cast in celebration of the MEET THE BLACKS film release, which opened nationwide Friday, April 1.

Meet the Blacks is a Purge franchise parody. The feature stars comedy veterna Mike Epps, Zulay Henao, King Bach, Lil Duval, Bresha Webb, Charlie Murphy, Mike Tyson, Tameka “Tiny” Harris and many more. Much like the characters in the film, guests were instructed to “breakout” of four themed rooms – Kidnapping, Casino, Museum Heist and Hostage. Inside they had to work together to solve puzzles, crack codes, locate hidden objects, and much more, in order to accomplish one goal —escape each level within one hour.

Celebrity guests included Kandi Burruss, Mama Joyce, Don Juan Clark, Carmon Cambrice, Porsha Williams, Gary With Da Tea, Headkrack, Will Packer, Demetria McKinney, Karli Redd, Bobby Valentino, Chrishena Stanley, Egypt Sherrod, Big Kuntry King, Jamal Woolard, Dawn Halfkenny, Jasmine Burke, Kendrick Cross and Keith Neal.
