Nick Gordon has been an emotional wreck ever since the death of his famous girlfriend, Bobbi Kristina Brown, who died July 26, 2015, months after she was found submerged in a bathtub full of water. After her death, both fans and family of Brown accused Gordon of causing her the injuries that led to her death, and recently, Gordon lost a $50 million lawsuit against that was filed by Brown’s estate. Now, reports are surfacing that Gordon has begun spiraling out of control again ever since the judge ruled against him.

As previously reported, after Brown’s death, Brown’s estate filed a $50M lawsuit against Gordon, claiming he was abusive, stole money from Bobbi, and that he caused the brain damage that resulted in her death. However, Gordon claimed that he had nothing to do with Brown’s death and that she fell victim to her own drug addictions.

During the case, Gordon elected to represent himself but failed to appear in court twice. Since Gordon failed to appear a second time, Fulton County Superior Court Judge T. Jackson Bedford ruled that the plaintiff’s allegations are admitted through omission and that Gordon is “legally responsible” for Brown’s death.

For now, it’s unclear how much of the $50 million Gordon will be required to pay but a source says that Gordon has already begun to unravel as he lives life as a recluse in Florida in the aftermath of the ruling.

“He doesn’t have that type of cash, so you can’t get blood from a stone,” the source said. “But it bothers him that there’s this perception that he is responsible for her death, because he’s not. He feels like everyone has made him a scapegoat, and it’s not fair.”

The source adds, “He’s not doing well at all. He is low energy, just really unhappy. He knew that it was a big deal for him to appear in court, but he just couldn’t do it. So he skipped it and the judgment was entered against him. He’s just in a dark place.”

Well, considering his public intervention on the “Dr. Phil Show” last year and how bad he seemed to be doing then, we’re not surprised that Gordon is reportedly in bad shape now.
