Cynthia Bailey had the most amazing birthday party surrounded by Atlanta tastemakers, socialites, family and friends. She looked amazing, too. There were two very noticeable missing elements at the party. Even though we know her and Peter have divorced, for some odd reason, I was expecting to see Mr. Peter Thomas. Also, BFF NeNe Leakes was not at the party but NeNe’s nemesis Marlo Hampton was front and center with her bestie Catherine Brewton.
Do you think Cynthia had to make a choice of who should be in attendance since Marlo was in and Nene Leakes was nowhere to be found? Maybe we’re reaching since Leakes has been overbooked lately. Or perhaps Broadway called and she was unable to make it. Nevertheless, what about the rest of the cast? There was no Kandi, Porsha, Phaedra Parks or Kenya Moore either. Good thing there was complimentary Effen Vodka from the sponsor of the party to keep everyone busy with food and libations. No one had time to give a second thought as to why Cynthia’s “Real Housewives of Atlanta” family wasn’t in attendance at her Atlanta #50Cyn party.
Whoever was in charge of the decor did an amazing job with the royal blue accented curtains, dessert table decorations, and the most beautiful cake with a perfect Cynthia Bailey doll centered on top covered in a regal royal blue dress. The desserts also tasted just as yummy as everything looked. I’m sure fashion blogger Talking with Tami was loving Cynthia’s floor-length dress and we always love to see what spectacular looks Marlo Hampton is going to twirl into the event wearing.
