Kim Zolciak-Biermann’s 4-year-old son is currently recovering in the hospital from an operation after he was attacked by a dog on Saturday.
Zolciak-Biermann posted a photo Sunday of Kash Kade Biermann in a hospital bed as her husband, Kroy Biermann, hovers over him.
“I don’t know where to start. The last 14hrs of our lives has been a living nightmare. My sweet @kashbiermann was bit by a dog and had very traumatic injuries. I’ve never prayed so hard, or been so scared in my life,” the “Don’t Be Tardy” star captioned a photo from Kash’s hospital bed.
In the post, Kim says Kash suffered “traumatic injuries” and the operation lasted a couple hours.
“My husband, our daughters, Kj, Tracey, his nanny, Michael Beck and everyone close to us all pulled together and held each other up. Kash was in the operating room for a couple hours and now we are praying for a quick speedy recovery.”
The 38-year-old “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum also has 5-year-old son KF, 3-year-old twins Kaia and Kane, 20-year-old daughter Brielle and 15-year-old Ariana.
“Thank you for all your prayers and most importantly Thank you God for your protection A very special Thank you to my incredible medical team! A few days in the hospital and we will be back home,” she wrote.
Zolciak-Biermann was going to appear on Andy Cohen’s “WWHL” to prep her return to “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” after being booted off the show several years ago due to her controversial — some say racist — behavior. She did have a spinoff show, “Don’t Be Tardy,” a play off a song that Kandi Burruss wrote for her, but the show was quickly axed due to declining ratings. Now she’s counting her lucky stars as she is being reintegrated into Bravo’s No. 1 rated show.
Not all is well with her return, however. Some fans have signed a petition trying to get Cohen and Bravo producers to change their minds about bringing Zolciak-Biermann back,
