In any city, there are people working behind the scenes who make the community stronger. In Atlanta, Fulton County Commissioner Marvin Arrington Jr. decided to spotlight people and organizations that make his district a better community. Arrington held the first annual District 5 Community Awards at Zoo Atlanta to honor those in his large district.
