Tamar Braxton and Vince Herbert have had one of the most dramatic and high-profile breakups of 2017 and from the looks of the shady comments that have been thrown between Braxton and her family, it’s easy to assume that the estranged couple is headed for a bitter divorce. However, Braxton recently opened up about the split and explained that she’s at peace with leaving her husband and that she and Herbert are not at war.
According to TheJasmineBrand.com, Braxton says that she and Herbert are keeping the peace for their sake and the sake of their 4-year-old son, Logan.
“I’m at peace. Vince and I are not fighting. I think people associate divorce with like, arguing and fighting and a lot of havoc, and that’s not where we are. We have our little boy. We just try to keep things as calm as we can,” Braxton explained.
And despite their pending divorce, Braxton still claims that Herbert is a part of her family and that she still loves him.
“Let me tell you something: When you love somebody, you probably will always love them. That’s what I believe. Vince is a family member. It’s just unfortunate that things are where they are now, but you never know,” Braxton said.
Braxton also didn’t dash any hopes for fans who want to see more of the couple on TV together with their spin-off series ,”Tamar & Vince.”
“We’ll see where Vince and I end up. Maybe we’ll do a show about how things are now that we’re not together,” Braxton shared.
Finally, Braxton opened up about whether or not she thinks she and Herbert could ever reconcile.
“[It’s] just really [hard] to tell. I think Vince and I have a lot of healing to do individually so we can come together if that’s in God’s plan. So right now, no,” Braxton shared.
