Donald Trump just cannot help himself. With hilarious regularity, Trump name drops the celebrities and dignitaries he gets to hang with and what they are doing together. This time, Trump is going to spend time with a famous man he has linked up with on several occasions.

Besides, Tiger Woods and Donald Trump go back a ways in both business and golf. And they are getting reacquainted on the day after Thanksgiving.

Trump tweeted Friday morning that he will be golfing with pros Woods and Dustin Johnson later in the day at Trump National Golf Club in Jupiter, Fla.

Trump wrote that it would be a short golf outing before he tended to presidential matters at his nearby Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Fla., where he celebrated Thanksgiving with his family on Thursday.

After Turkey call I will be heading over to Trump National Golf Club, Jupiter, to play golf (quickly) with Tiger Woods and Dustin Johnson. Then back to Mar-a-Lago for talks on bringing even more jobs and companies back to the USA!

Woods is a 14-time major winner, second most all time to the venerated Jack Nicklaus. Woods resides in nearby Jupiter Island. He is scheduled for a highly-anticipated comeback at the Hero World Challenge next week in the Bahamas after missing most of 2017 recovering from back surgery and treating chronic back pain. Woods last golfed in February, but recent video of him shows the golf pioneer in top form. Now whether that translates from the practice greens to televised competition remains to be seen.

Johnson is the current World No. 1 golfer in the Official World Golf Rankings, and coincidentally resides in Palm Beach Garden, Fla. He has five World Golf Championship victories, with only Woods winning more.

Trump and Woods have last golfed together in December 2016. However this will be the first time the two will link up on the course since Trump has been president. While they swung away at the West Palm Beach, Fla., course, last year, Woods complimented the president’s drive. Woods helped design the course for the Trump World Golf Club in Dubai.

Trump, through his Trump organization, owns or operates 17 different golf courses or properties around the world. Despite his pre-presidential proclamation, he is on the greens very frequently, with Gold News tracking the president on the golf courses more than 70 times in less than one year.
