Florida school shooting survivors blast Tomi Lahren for pro-gun stance

Some people are just natural-born predators and culture vultures who scavenge along the periphery of society and thrive off the misfortunes of others. They are the kind of people who, right after a horrific hurricane or tornado levels a town, will charge the newly homeless people hundreds of dollars for a single gallon of water. Some people just easily devour their own.

Tomi Lahren is just such a person. The rabid right-wing talking head and perpetual provocateur couldn’t wait for the high school killer’s gun to stop smoking before she began ranting hateful rhetoric. She is determined to be a superstar in the world of conservative politics — even if she has to figuratively step over the blood and bodies of the students killed in the Parkland, Florida, school in order to peddle her right-wing agenda.

Many people took off after Lahren’s scalp for her egregious error in judgment and timing. Even the students who were lucky enough not to be in the killer’s path ripped into Lahren.

Lahren went off mindlessly on a tirade touting the Second Amendment — as always — and flipped it into an opportunity to promote her insensitive Republican beliefs.

Lahren spoke with such callousness, as if the kids’ lives were not worth mentioning and, instead scolded gun-control advocates for “making it about guns,” despite the fact that most of these shootings are perpetrated by a mentally unstable White male — this one a19-year-old who was able to get his hands on an AR-15.

It was a good thing that Lahren was quickly shut down by some of the kids who survived the shooting itself. Ya know, the kids who were on the other end of a fully automatic assault rifle when they should have been learning world history and passing notes to each other in class.
