A racist woman’s fiendish attempt to exercise her White privilege and have a Black businessman arrested for simply being alive and breathing in her neighborhood backfired on her hard.

The cantankerous, crabby woman summoned the police after accusing the Black real estate investor of breaking into a home that he had a contract on as a certified realtor.

However, instead of this being a regurgitation of previous tired episodes around the country — where an innocent Black man or woman is needlessly accosted, sequestered and interrogated for being within their legal rights to be in a particular place — this time police arrived on the scene and told the angry White lady to cease and desist with her tomfoolery, lest she gets hauled off to jail herself.

The result makes people do a double take — the police actually arriving to uphold the legal rights of a Black citizen. What a concept.

Michael Hayes is the Memphis, Tennessee, entrepreneur who posted the video of the angry woman profanely demanding that he leave her neighborhood, reports the Daily Mail.

“The neighbor ran outside as I was removing the board from the door of the vacant house. She yelled at me asked me what the f*** was I doing?” Hayes recalls on video.

“I very calmly explained to her that I have a contract on the house and was there to do my inspection,” Hayes continues. “I showed her my business sign that I place in the yards of vacant properties so people will know why I am there.”

Hayes’ attempts to reason with the White woman proves futile.

“She also lies and says she knows the owner and he doesn’t want anyone in his house although I also have a written statement allowing me to enter the house,” Hayes says, according to the newspaper. “She calls the police on me so I wait for them. I have nothing to hide.”

When the antagonistic woman continued to bark senselessly at him and threatened to call the police, Hayes beckoned her to do so. She demanded several times on video for Hayes to leave (the video has been viewed more than a million times).

When the police arrived, the officers almost immediately snatched away the woman’s White privilege card and muzzled her.

The officers — a White male and Black female — confirmed that Hayes had a legal right to be on the property. Still, the woman demanded that he hurry up and get out of her neighborhood.

“Just go in there and do what you gotta do and hurry up. Hurry up!” she yells at Hayes, as seen on the video. “Hurry up, do it and get out.”

And that’s when the White woman got checked by the White police officer and was forced to retreat back into her house:

“He’s going to go do what he’s gotta do,” the officer can be heard saying loudly and forcefully. “You’re going to let him do what he’s gotta do. If you try to do anything to stop him, I’m going to take you to jail.”

Hayes easily deduced why the woman went hysterical at the sight of him.

“I don’t look threatening,” he said. “I keep my business cards on me. I keep contracts on me. I keep signs on me, just so people will know, ‘Hey. I’m here to look at a house.’ But at the end of the day, she just did not want me in her neighborhood.”
