Brigadier Gen. David D. Hamlar Jr. says National Guard needs cyber experts

Cyber technology experts are needed by the National Guard. Brigadier General David D. Hamlar Jr., the commanding officer for Minnesota’s National Guards stated their biggest need is for cyber experts, and the National Guard will put them through school to learn. Millennials are perfect for the job.
