Nicki Minaj and Cardi B have a common enemy in Tomi Lahren. The two leading women of hip-hop both took a moment to blast the right-wing figure after she poked fun at 21 Savage who faces deportation to the United Kingdom.
In a tweet that played on 21 Savage’s “Bank Account,” Lahren posted, “I got one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight ICE agents ready to deport ya.” The tweet occurred months after Lahren posted a video of herself rapping 21 Savage’s lyrics in her car.
Following Lahren’s attempt at humor over 21 Savage’s situation, Nicki Minaj and Cardi B both took aim at her.
Cardi B blasted Lahren by tweeting her, “Don’t make me get my leash.” The “Money” rapper referenced a comment where she told Tomi that she would “dog walk” her after the two engaged in a war of words over twitter.
Nicki followed by tweeting to Lahren, “Your obsession [with] our culture is scary, to say the least. I hate giving you the attention you so desperately crave. Laughing [at people] getting deported as if your ancestors discovered America. Are you Native American? You fkn [sic] clown.”
Lahren also caught heat from others on social media who called her a hypocrite for rapping 21 Savage’s “Bank Account” in past and now poking fun at him.
21 Savage, born Shayaa Bin Abraham-Joseph, was arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement on Feb. 3 for allegedly overstaying his Visa. He remains in custody at press time.
