Despite being slapped with multiple misdemeanor and felony charges stemming from a strip club brawl last summer, rap queen Cardi B defiantly declared at the BET Awards that she is not going to jail.

“The Money Bag” rapper made the declaration while opening up the BET Experience in Los Angeles prior to the 2019 BET Awards weekend. The jovial Bronx, New York-born bombshell, 26, repeatedly stated, according to multiple outlets:

“I ain’t going to jail. I ain’t going to jail,” she repeated while being hyped up by her DJ.
“F— you mean? I ain’t going to jail, I got a daughter,” she trumpeted before setting off the festivities with a performance of “Finesse.”

The Invasion of Privacy rapper seems overly confident that she can beat all of the charges, which includes two counts of felony attempted assault with intent to cause serious physical injury, criminal solicitation, conspiracy and harassment and more, according to Complex magazine.

The charges emanate from the fracas at the Angels Strip Club in New York on Aug. 29, 2018. Cardi is accused of throwing bottles and chairs at two bartenders, Rachel Wattley (aka Baddie GI) and Sarah Wattley (aka Jade). Cardi believed that Sarah Wattley was sleeping with her husband, rapper Offset of the Migos.

Cardi rejected a plea deal in April and plans on fighting the charges during an upcoming trial.

In the comments section under the Instagram posts, ans expressed support and concern for her regarding her felony case. One admonished Cardi saying: “She betta not play with those prosecutors. They’re watching her EVERY move and will make an example out of her.”

Another added: “It’s a lot of people in jail that have daughters!! This lady crazy 😂😂😂😂,” while a third offered this reminder: “Lil Kim went to jail for a year 🤷🏽‍♀️ She not above the law.”

Others blasted the rapper for her odd body appearance after undergoing several plastic surgeries to repair her body after giving birth to Kulture a year ago.

“She risked her life to look like this.”

“F— jail. Go to a decent Plastic surgeons office!!!🙏🏾😩
