During his final day of testifying in a federal court, rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine continued to snitch on his gang counterparts and also named a few more rappers while on the stand.

Tekashi created an uproar when he named rappers Cardi B, Jim Jones, and Trippy Redd in his testimony. During cross-examination, Tekashi was asked if he attempted to use his gang affiliation to further his career, similar to Cardi B. Tekashi denied that he used gang members to further his career, but he also claimed that Cardi B was a member of the Bloods.

Cardi B’s rep initially released a statement that said she was not a gang member. However, Cardi B would later post on Twitter that she was a member of the Brim Bloods and not the Nine Trey.

Tekashi also told prosecutors that Jones was a “retired rapper” member of the Nine Trey Bloods, after police played an audio recording of a phone conversation between Jones and other members of the Nine Trey Bloods. During the conversation, Jones was heard telling the gang members that Tekashi needed to be “violated” for his snitching.

In 2017, Tekashi revealed that he met most of the gang members at a video shoot for his song, “Gummo.” Tekashi wanted real gang members in the video and paid for three dozen red bandanas for them to wear during the shoot. Click here to continue.
