When you hear the word “hypnosis,” images of swinging clocks, moving spiral images or an old lady tapping on a teacup probably come to mind. These are the images that the entertainment world has ingrained in us to associate with hypnotism. But these images are not representative of what hypnosis really looks like. So, let’s get the real tea on hypnosis.

What is hypnosis? What does it do? Why do we need it?


Hypnosis is a therapeutic method of healing and restoring a healthy mental state by inducing a deep, relaxed state of consciousness. Hypnosis can be used to help so many areas and can really change your life for the better. It lets you cut to the chase and get to the root of problems, which usually lie within the subconscious mind. For example, it can help to relieve pain and overcome fears, phobias, depression, procrastination and many other problems.
