Describe how you set goals and evaluate your success.

I need to get better at this. I did set some goals for this year, but I didn’t last year. Right now, my success is pretty directly linked to the ability to support my family and acquire more and more flexibility and free time. When my kids have everything they need, and my husband and I can spend time to nourish our relationship, then I’ll be good. On top of that, if I can have quality friend time and a bit of self-care, then that’s a success.

If you could change one thing about the world, what would it be?

I would eliminate the guns, missiles and weapons of war. Without them, we could really focus on other important issues, and the energy of the whole world would shift.
