How are things playing out differently this year during the holiday season?
Due to COVID-19, we didn’t go trick-or-treating, but I made sure they still got candy. We were actually filming, so they still got a chance to wear costumes. I think all of the holidays are pretty much jacked up. Things are not the same when the family is divided. There’s more hurt and confusion than anything at this moment.
Does the term “successfully co-parenting” exist in your household?
We haven’t gotten to that point just yet. It’s been over 13 years of talking to each other almost every day with so much love between us, four young kids, businesses to now operate without one another amicably. It’s tough, but I do look forward to having the process nailed.
