“Social media has transitioned from a place where everything was ‘me’ focused to now ‘you’ focused. It’s more about building community and serving others. In 2021, we are going to experience more transparency and accountability in the online space,” she said.
Hillman emphasized the importance of knowing that technology will continue to grow.
“In 2021, the trend of prioritizing video content will continue. Video content can be super easy to create, and business owners, influencers, and brands, should all consider a video strategy to build brand loyalty and awareness,” Hillman said.
