What is the biggest problem you have encountered during your career?
Throughout my journey, I’ve struggled with imposter syndrome. As we know, there are so many people in the music industry, and at one point, I questioned my ability to fit into this space. Even celebrating milestones was difficult because of the pressure I put on myself. Now I embrace not fitting into a certain box. I’m embracing every step of this journey toward reaching my goals.
What musician would you like to collaborate with?
There’s a long list of people I would love to collaborate with. Childish Gambino, H.E.R., Victoria Monet, Chloe x Halle, and The Weeknd to name a few.
What message would you like to get across through your music?
My message would be of confidence and self-love.
