Based on first-hand observations, our rolling out correspondent compiled a short list of 7 must-have vehicle features on the all-new Nissan Pathfinder that everyone needs to know about. We’ve listed them below.

Wireless Charging pad for your phone

Pathfinder lets you seamlessly connect to your world and keep you charged up – without ever having to plug in a cable again. The Wireless Apple CarPlay® allows you to place your compatible smartphone on the pad and the Pathfinder does the rest. An indicator light will let you know when your smartphone is fully charged and ready to go.

Nissan ProPilot with Optimized Lane assist

The ProPilot Assist feature uses technology to help drivers drive safer by using radars and cameras. The radar and camera combo helps drivers to stay in the center of their lane and to keep a preset gap between your vehicle and the vehicle in front of you.

The optimized lane assist is enabled by pressing a button that’s mounted on the steering wheel and it helps you to stay in the center of your lane. The vehicle will send haptic alerts if you inadvertently take your hands off the steering wheel or if you drive over lane markers. It can even automatically tap the brakes to help gently guide you back.

Wireless Apple CarPlay® Integration

No wires or cords needed again. Equipped with Siri® voice control, available wireless Apple CarPlay® brings your contacts, favorite messaging apps, Apple Music® playlists, Apple Maps, and more on board to your Pathfinder. Simply sync your compatible iPhone® and go. And don’t worry if you’re not an Apple user, there’s an option titled Android Auto that will allow you to connect wirelessly as well.
