Crowd favorites included appearances by Trina along with Lil Kim and an energetic set by 2 Chainz featuring some of his biggest hits. Gucci received wild applause after surprising the audience with an appearance by his wife Keyshia Ka’Oir. Ka’Oir showed off her video vixen skills dancing seductively to her husband’s hit single, “Freaky Gurl.”
Jeezy took the crowd’s excitement to the next level demanding that the house lights be turned up so that he could see the audience. “I want to see my city,” he exclaimed, “It’s been almost two years since I’ve seen y’all. It feels good to be back with my city.” Jeezy was joined onstage by DJ Ace and DJ Drama for a walk down memory lane of some of his biggest hits, including “Boyz in Da Hood.”
The only drawback of the evening was a melee breaking out when Lil Boosie took the stage. Unfortunately, the chaos resulted in headliner Rick Ross being unable to perform.
