The role Houston lean culture played in Travis Scott music festival tragedy

“Nobody’s stepping in to f—— intervene with Travis Scott, you got enablers, you probably got f——, tour managers, going to get the f—— lean and going to get the Percocet so this n—- can sit in the studio and make more money for y’all crackers,” Banks said on her Instagram account, as transcribed by HipHopDX. “And y’all don’t care what happens to him, nobody’s suggesting maybe we should have like an in-house therapist or in-house drug rehabilitation programs, no they’re gonna push you to the edge and push you to the f—— limit so you can keep creating for them.”

Scott was criticized for not only promoting a brand of raging and mosh pits at his live shows, but also for not stopping the Nov. 5 show when he noticed an ambulance was in the crowd and multiple unconscious bodies were being escorted out. Drake also appeared on stage as a guest at the show.
