According to TMZ, prosecutors dropped the battery of a police officer and threatening a public servant charges, which were both felonies. A misdemeanor charge for criminal mischief was also dropped against the rapper because prosecutors were unable to find enough evidence to move forward with the case on those three charges. He still faces two misdemeanor charges for resisting an officer relating to the incident but those alleged offenses will most likely be dismissed as well.
In the meanwhile, Polo G just serviced the streets and the Internet with his latest single “Bad Man (Smooth Criminal).” The track samples Michael Jackson’s classic hit single and Polo G also posted a message about the song.
