What do you want people to know about you?

That I’m informed. I come from a community of marginalized folks, and I’m out of that community, and I’m helping. That’s probably the biggest thing that I want people to understand, that it doesn’t matter. Like, you can do it, and you can make the moves, and you can be the person that you want to be. Just get the knowledge and get the education behind you. The first thing that people hear when you say education is “I need to go to college.” I would say school isn’t for everybody, but education is for everybody. The more you sharpen your ax, the sharper you will be when it comes to doing something like this.
