Vice president Kamala Harris and the First Husband hosted an incredible holiday celebration at The Naval Observatory in Washington D. C., with a powerful star-studded, media presentation of invite-only guests.
The event took place on Monday, Dec. 19 and the room was filled with VIPs who are actively involved in their respective city’s and communities. Black media moguls and mavens were in the building including Roland Martin from Roland Martin Unfiltered, CEO & publisher Munson and Christina Steed, NNPA President Ben Chavis and national CNN host Don lemon. Other powerhouses in attendance included Desiree Rogers, CEO of Fashion Fair, Google’s Chief Diversity Officer Melonie Parker, NABJ president Dorothy Tucker, Raphael Warnock and team, and so many more.
The military band played beautiful Christmas music as the holiday cheer and joy flowed throughout the Observatory. Attendees thoroughly enjoyed celebrating with VP Harris, who continues to prove that she is a dynamic sister with superpowers an amazing Vice President and a proud Howard HBCU graduate.
