Brandé Elise is a pilates instructor, voiceover artist, TV host, and the co-founder of Unoia, an Atlanta-based CBD brand that was born from Brandé’s desire to cure her sick pup. Rolling out sat with this sister with superpowers to discuss her journey.

What are some of your responsibilities as a co-founder of Unoia?
Sharing with my network about the importance of wellness through influencer work, events, and workshops. As a Pilates teacher, I also infuse how my students can incorporate CBD, celery juicing, eating habits, and exercise into their wellness routine.
What is your superpower as a woman?
My superpower is the ability to connect with people. I love creating a safe space for those who don’t have one. Helping someone out of a glitch or feeling stuck. I want to create an army of beautiful thinkers that will continue, to pay it forward and help others to become their best selves. So perhaps my superpower is helping people become their best selves. I love pulling people out of their glitches or out of those confusing times or the times they feel the most helpless. We don’t have to live in that space, but it’s really nice to know that there are others out there that I’ve gone through it and I don’t have to go through it alone.
Why did you select this career?
I feel like the CBD industry really chose me. I had a sick pup that wasn’t eating and had a ton of seizures, so she was scared to move. Well, we started using CBD directly in her mouth and she perked up and had energy, and wanted to around and eat. I said to myself if it is helping Ruby Rose heal imagine what it could do for us, humans. And it began.
What is some advice you would give to your younger self?
Never give up. It’s rare we grasp anything the first time we do it. Give yourself grace and time, and give it an honest go. And just remember with each time it gets better and better.
What would you say is your proudest achievement?
All of my beautiful relationships from my mom, and fiancé, to my best friends; have made me the individual that I am today. Without them who knows what version of Brande Elise would be around. So I am incredibly grateful for the love, lessons, and grace given to me by my tribe. They never gave up on me.
