The Baton Rouge renegade rapper is back in jail.
Boosie Badazz was arrested by the federal government just minutes after having multiple gun charges dropped inside a San Diego County courtroom. He appeared before the judge after he was arrested in May 2023 and charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle, possession of ammunition by a prohibited person, and being an unlisted owner of a registered firearm.
Moments after the judge gave Boosie a break, however, he was apprehended by agents from the U.S. Department of Justice and whisked back to the San Diego County Jail where he was last month.
What Boosie was charged with and if he has received bond has not yet been made public.
It must be noted that after Boosie bonded out after the gun arrest in May, he attended a club where he directed the crowd to make vulgar and derogatory statements against the San Diego Police Department.
Now that he’s holed up with the county once again, a remorseful Boosie felt compelled to offer his mea culpa to his children after finding himself in these circumstances.
