Boosie was arrested by the feds after he left court where he appeared on unrelated gun charges.
The Baton Rouge-reared rapper was in a San Diego County court to answer to the gun charges that he was arrested for in May 2023.
The good and bad news of this situation is that the county judge threw out the case, but he was formally apprehended as soon as he stepped out of the courtroom.
There is no word yet on why Boosie, 40, was arrested, where he was taken nor when he might be released.
Boosie’s interactions with lawmen have been frequent in the past year. Fans recall that he got into a shouting match with Atlanta-area officers after he was stopped and then handcuffed for driving with illegally tinted windows and a concealed tag. When officers detected the pungent odor of marijuana, they slapped the cuffs on Boosie and searched the vehicle while Boosie cussed them out. After no drugs were found, Boosie was released.
By that time, however, Boosie was on 10.
“I can’t keep going through this though, bro. I can’t, bro. I can’t, bro. I don’t do no wrong. I don’t do nothing, bro,” he railed, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
After the cop informed Boosie that marijuana is illegal in the state of Georgia, he said:
“Bro, like, bro, I gotta go to ya’ll security and file charges man, it’s harassment. It’s every day! I can’t even live. I moved to the country to f—ing live, bro!”
As the car search continued, he added,
“I don’t give a f— ‘bout no jail. I’m like that! I’ll go in there and fight the police and spit on a b—- Every f—ing body, ’cause I’m tired, bro!”
