The woman who accused Jonathan Majors of domestic violence is now going to be arrested.

Grace Jabbari is scheduled to turn herself in to the New York Police Department on Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2023, on charges of criminal mischief and misdemeanor assault, according to Yahoo.com.

The charges are a result of the cross-complaint filed against her by Majors. According to the original police report, Jabbari became upset when the Creed III actor received a saucy text message from another woman and allegedly snatched his phone from him, setting off the chain of events that led to the upcoming trial.

Majors’ career hangs in the balance as he faces an upcoming trial for allegedly assaulting Jabbari, a choreographer whom he met on the set of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.

The actor’s legal team accuses prosecutors of deliberately refusing to include evidence of the case against Jabbari in what they turned over to the defense, “Despite being on notice of the NYPD investigation into Jabbari’s criminal conduct, as well as an I-Card and Wanted Flyer,” his attorney wrote in her motion to dismiss the case.

The New York County prosecutor’s office has already decided to drop the charges against Jabbari, even if the NYPD finds evidence of assault on her part, though it did not specify the reason.

“We intend to decline to prosecute any charges brought by the New York Police Department against Ms. Grace Jabbari related to allegations made by Jonathan Majors regarding the incident that took place on March 23, 2023,” Tierney wrote in a September email now in the case file.
