Kim Kardashian has become a new brand ambassador for Balenciaga.

The reality TV star has taken to social media to announce her new partnership with the luxury fashion house.

“For several years now, Balenciaga’s designs have been a part of my many looks – and some of my most iconic fashion moments. This historic fashion house embraces modernity and craftsmanship and takes an innovative approach to design under Demna,” Kardashian wrote in her statement.

She has been aligned with the brand for several years, and she recently appeared in Balenciaga’s campaign for the company’s upcoming summer collection.

“For me, this long-standing relationship is built on mutual trust and a commitment to doing what’s right. I’m excited about this next chapter for the brand and to become their ambassador,” Kardashian said.

The fashion house came under fire in 2023 when a campaign showed children holding teddies in bondage costumes. Balenciaga subsequently issued an apology for the campaign.

“We stand for children’s safety and well-being,” the company said in a statement.

Meanwhile, the American Horror Story” star has enjoyed significant success with her SKIMS clothing brand, which she launched in 2018.

Despite this, Kardashian previously admitted that her talents are centered in “marketing.”

“I think my talent is marketing and the business behind selling products and knowing what the customer wants and making it feel attainable, but also a bit unattainable at the same time,” the “Dancing with the Stars” contestant — who has developed a huge following on social media during her career — told Interview magazine.

“I wouldn’t say that’s a talent. I think it’s a bit of magic and business savvy. Maybe it is talent, I don’t know,” she added.
