Snoop Dogg’s beloved brother Bing Worthington has died. He was 44.

The legendary West Coast rapper, who was born Calvin Cordozar Broadus, shared the sad news of his brother’s death with his 85 million Instagram followers on Friday morning, Feb. 16, 2024.


Snoop, 52, only penned his brother’s Instagram handle, @badabing33, accompanied by four emojis that signify crying, praying along with a sad face and wings.

In a follow-up post, Snoop added that his brother “always made us laugh,” and then finished the thought with a blue heart emoji followed by another prayer and crying emojis.

No details as to how or why Worthington died have been revealed to the media as of early Friday afternoon. Rolling out is awaiting further information.

Many fans have offered condolences, with one person writing, “RIP Bing! With his nephew Rollin and brother Snoop!”
