Chrisean Rock took a defiant posture in the face of arrest warrants from Oklahoma, saying she refuses to turn herself in to the police.
The mercurial girlfriend of the equally belligerent boyfriend-rapper Johnathan “Blueface” Porter explained to her five million Instagram followers that she doesn’t have time to go to jail because she has a son to raise. Besides, the father of her toddler son, Blueface, is already in jail in Los Angeles County until at least the summer of 2024.
Chrisean Rock said she can’t go to jail because of her toddler son, Chrisean Malone Jr.
On her IG live session, Rock explained that this is a bad time to be locked up “because you know, I have my son. The old me would’ve just turned myself in and dealt with it from inside to outside the jail cell,” she said, welling up with emotion. “Right now I gotta play it cautious because, you know, I don’t plan on being in jail while my son is growing.”
Chrisean Rock claims her legal woes are being taken care of
The star of the now-defunct reality series “Crazy in Love” tells her fans that her legal quagmire is being reconciled now.
“My warrants are getting cleaned up. I’ve been paying off fees and getting rid of s—, talking to certain people to help my situation out ‘cause you know I have my son,” Rock said.
The open bench warrant from the Oklahoma Department of Corrections stems from an incident with police in 2022, includeing drug and traffic charges.
This is not the only legal issue that Rock is dealing with. She has been sued by a member of Tamar Braxton’s entourage after allegedly punching him in the face and cracking a few teeth. The episode happened backstage at Braxton’s “Love & War” tour stop in Los Angeles in 2023.
