Robert Ri’chard and Natasha Marc are set to lead the upcoming BET+ original movie, RSVP.
What appears to be an elite dinner party with the Black elite turns into a murderous night that none of the guests will soon forget. Marc plays Tesha Coleman, an author who is overcoming a traumatic accident and is invited to the exclusive dinner party in the remote mountains of Colorado. As guests of the party soon find out, its host, Maurice Wright (Ri’chard) handpicked each guest to act out a twisted revenge and their lives are all in danger.
Tesha finds herself in survival mode, relying on her advanced martial arts training and street smarts to stay alive in a deadly cat and mouse game that could cost her her life if she isn’t successful.
Written by Quinn Early and Thomas Walton with Walton also serving as director, the film also stars April Hale, Daphne Duplaix, Jamal Lloyd Johnson, Jhoné Y. Lucas, and Tiffany Snow. Marc and Ri’chard also hold down producer duties in addition to starring in the project.
RSVP will premiere on BET+ on April 4.
