First lady Michelle Obama’s travel schedule has not been publicly released as of yet, however, multiple news agencies have reported that Mrs. Obama will attend Saturday’s funeral for Hadiya Pendleton.
An unidentified White House official confirms that the first lady will attend the funeral. Education Secretary Arne Duncan and White House senior adviser Valerie Jarrett will also be in attendance.
