DJ Premier of the legendary hip-hop duo Gangstarr has acreated an online pop-up shop for fans interested in buying official Gangstarr merchandise. The online store features t-shirts and hoodies ranging from $30 to $50, but there’s a catch: the store is only scheduled to be open until New Years Day.
DJ Premier took to his Facebook page to release the following statement: “Thank you for supporting Real Hip Hop, big things coming in 2014!”
Rumor has it that Premier is overseeing a new Gangstarr CD/DVD project to be released sometime in 2014.
The group’s last album, The Ownerz, was released in 2003.
Gangstarr member Guru died in 2010.
