Tyga just can’t seem to catch a break.

Already dealing with the drama and fallout from his sexting scandal with transgender model Mia Isabella, let alone the rift it may cause with his not so secret girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, now comes word that the “Rack City” rapper may soon be on the wrong end of a $1.6 million lawsuit.

According to TMZ, designer Chuon Guen has filed suit against the rapper claiming that she collaborated with him in putting together the Last Kings clothing but Tyga attempted to pull a fast one on her. She alleges that in exchange for helping launch the line, Tyga agreed to promote the brand and see that it got stocked in Tilly’s clothing store.

Instead, Guen claims Tyga took over half million dollars worth of the merchandise and started another clothing company called Egypt Kings. Guen is now seeking the $1.6 million and additional damages from both Tyga and his partner in the Egypt Kings line.

Tyga’s camp contends that the lawsuit is baseless and a simple revenge ploy by Guen after he ended their business relationship.

“These, like other allegations, are completely false,” a rep for Tyga told TMZ. “This was a business relationship that went sour and was ended last year. We learned of the complaint via TMZ and are aware that individuals will continue to attempt to cash in on Tyga’s success.”
