‘The Network Journal’ honors the Top 25 Black Women in Business

The Network Journal has honored 25 accomplished black women for 16 years now, and the 2014 Top 25 Black Women in Business were as remarkable and successful a group of professionals as have ever been honored by the publication. Showcasing senior-management executives across the corporate, government and non-profit sectors, the 16th Annual 25 Influential Black Women in Business Awards Luncheon was hosted by Mistress of Ceremonies Michelle Miller, correspondent and anchor for CBS News, with a little help from TNJ founder/CEO Aziz Gueye Adetimirin .

The 2013 African American Literary Awards celebrates black authors in NYC

The 2013 African American Literary Awards once again gave black authors and publishers of African American content a platform to celebrate each other. Held on a breezy Manhattan night at Landmark On the Park in Central Park West, the show was hosted by motivational speaker/personality C.J. Miller and best-selling author Reshonda Tate-Billingsley.
