Danny Glover, best known for the ultra-popular movie franchise Lethal Weapon and his humanitarian efforts in Africa, perhaps offered up the most philosophical reason to decriminalize marijuana, which is to abolish “the draconian” laws that impact African Americans and Hispanics inordinately.
