Robert Griffin Beats Andrew Luck in Heisman Race; 4 Black Quarterbacks Who Won the Heisman Trophy

Cam Newton overcame off-the-field controversy to lead Auburn University to the 2010 NCAA National Title. His domination during the 2010 season led to a lopsided victory in the voting for the Heisman Trophy. He beat his closest competitor, Andrew Luck, by 1,079 points. Newton will likely win the the 2011 NFL Rookie of the Year Award as a member of the Carolina Panthers.
