The Patriots outlasted the Baltimore Ravens defense to defeat the Ravens by a score of 23-20. The Patriots sealed the victory after Ravens kicker, Billy Cundiff, missed a chip shot field goal with seconds remaining.
The New York Giants defeated the San Francisco 49ers 20-17. The Giants won in overtime in a tightly contested game that was a defensive battle.
