4. When conflict arises in the business is it addressed immediately and in a productive manner?
No – we actually have what we call the “24 hour rule.” It is a requirement that we take 24 hours to reflect, internalize, think through, etc., any conflict that may come so that when we come together to discuss we’ve had an opportunity to think about the entire situation.
Sometimes, depending on the conflict, we remove ourselves from the entire situation (leave the office, take a break from each other, no social media, etc.), so that we can think clearly in order to come together and make the best decision possible.
