Susan Fales-Hill is a memoirist, philanthropist and former TV writer and producer who worked on “The Cosby Show,” “A Different World” and “Linc’s.” Her mother is the late actress and Broadway entertainer Josephine Premice, who believed in primping even for the supermarket. Susan then went on to write for “Kirk”, “Suddenly Susan”, and “Can’t Hurry Love” just to name a few. In 2003, she published a memoir (Always Wear Joy) about her mother, which received numerous awards. As busy as she is, Susan also finds time to serve on the boards of the Studio Museum in Harlem and The American Ballet Theatre.
