A New York rapper took his talents to Washington D.C. this weekend for a special performance promoting a high end cognac brand. Hennessy V.S. presented Nas to the masses Friday, Aug. 24, at Washington D.C.’s The Park where he performed both his old and new hits. The “Life Is Good” rapper was fresh off a jet and had just left a packed New York City performance where he left dedicated fans in a frenzy. Before Friday’s performance, Mr. Jones had a special message for residents of the nation’s capital. “We partying at The Park Club this Friday night in D.C.,” said Nas.”Be there! #LifeIsGood.”
